Mission: The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod serves as a professional resource for artists and cultural organizations, an informational resource for the public, and as the voice of the Cape Cod arts community through advocacy and support. As the designated local arts agency for Barnstable County, our mission is to:
* EDUCATE artists with ongoing business and professional development opportunities, annual conferences, professional development workshops, and ongoing business consultations offered through our Making Art and Making A Living program
* PROMOTE the arts and culture industry on Cape Cod through Everything Arts Cape Cod included in Cape Cod Life Arts Edition published by Cape Cod Life and on www.capecodarts.org
* PRODUCE significant cultural events such as Pops by the Sea and Citizens Bank Music Summer Concert Series in Dennis, Eastham, Falmouth and Hyannis
* SUPPORT local artists and arts or cultural organizations through annual Arts Foundation Grants
* REPRESENT the arts and cultural industry in community planning
