Mission: Barnstable SEPAC is an organization established as a resource for support and networking for parents/guardians, educators and interested parties who have children on IEP/504’s and/or those potentially with learning differences, special needs and disabilities, even if not yet identified. Giving and receiving information and support parent-to-parent.
